Reunion Registration  Lodging Souvenir Booklet Contacts


If you plan to attend the reunion, please complete the following three steps:

1) Download the registration form located here,

2) Complete the form and included payment for yourself and your guests, and

3) Mail your check and registration form to the address indicated on the form.


Upon receipt of your payment, we will send you a confirmation letter via U.S. mail.

Please allow three weeks for regular mail delivery for Guam and CNMI registrants.

If you do not receive a confirmation letter within that time, please contact one of the organizers immediately.

A confirmation number is required for entry to the event.
